		<description>I am moving soon and as they are incompetent in moving broadband (even if you have a new phone line with a new number at the new house)

I have decided to leave Sky as they need to disconnect me and then I have to apply for a new broadband connection at the new place which would take 14 days.....

BT could do it on the day I move

		<description>This does not suprise me at all. I have just moved myself and wanted to take all of my SKY with me, having phon, internet and TV. I was told that it would all be connected by monday and suprise suprise it wasn&#039;t. After 6 phone calls and hours of hold music I got informed that they had forgotten to cancel the line at my old address and it would take 15 days to connect!!!!!! NOT HAPPY</description>
