I have just moved myself and wanted to take all of my SKY with me, having phon, internet and TV. I was told that it would all be connected by monday and suprise suprise it wasn't. After 6 phone calls and hours of hold music I got informed that they had forgotten to cancel the line at my old address and it would take 15 days to connect!!!!!!
