I made a playlist, so you don’t have to

It’s that time of year when I spend far too long curating the perfect festive playlist. This year, I’ve crafted a 100-song collection designed to fill those awkward conversational lulls with your grandad — or anyone, really. It’s a 30/70 mix of seasonal songs with a blend of disco, pop, and rock from across the decades. No artist appears more than once, offering 5 ¾ hours of nostalgia, anthems, and hidden gems. Of course, with any good playlist, there’s bound to be at least one track that divides opinion — and that’s half the fun.

I’ve named it “A Cold December”, inspired by one of the featured tracks from my friend Chris Simmons. It’s a moving song with a powerful purpose: raising funds for AtaLoss.org, a charity providing vital support for those navigating grief and bereavement. Even if you don’t listen to the entire playlist, I encourage you to check out Chris’ song. Every stream makes a difference

You can listen to the full playlist on nearly every music platform you can think of, thanks to Tune My Music.
