Worthing TweetUp

The other day I got chatting to David Rosam on  Twitter when we discovered that we lived very close to each other.  It occurred to us that there were probably a number of other Twitter users in the area, failing that it seemed likely that there would be lots of freelancers & assorted geeks Worthing [...]

I just noticed that Facebook have stopped pre pending their statuses with “is:” which, in my opinion is a good thing. Unfortunately they haven’t stopped pre pending “is twittering: ” to updates that come in from twitter.
Fortunately Dustin Brewer has come to the rescue by developing twittersync which, as the name sort of suggest syncs [...]

I reluctantly caved in and joined Facebook a few weeks back. At the time I really couldn’t see the point, after all – I have my blog and twitter for talking at people, Flickr for my photos, del.icio.us for bookmarks and last.fm for my music. Why would I need anything else?
